Between the hours of 2-6PM each attendee will receive (1) sample of Filipino infused Beef Picanha, a BBQ specialty dish only available in the BBQ Lounge, curated by Master chef, FlipSterBBQ Rommel Manio. During this time there will be a live interactive Q&A with the master chef himself where you will learn tips and techniques. Each attendee will have the opportunity to enter a Wild Fork Prize Drawing and win prizes – there are several chances to win.
